DMC Application form

Holidream offers fixed roundtrips for individuals, families and small groups. For each destination, we allow up to 2 different programs to be ran. Depending on the destination, we specify a few criteria.

Once your application is sent, the program will be checked against competing DMC's. Depending on the outcome, you will either:

  • Be approved, someone from our office will be in touch to discuss further details
  • Be pending, meaning there is a program that better fits the clients, but we would like to keep your program on file.
  • Be rejected. It is possible to re-apply after a two month pause. If rejected, feedback will be provided to you of course.

Once a program is approved and we translated your content, it will be published on our website. There is space for only two suppliers per country. Once we run the programs, we will perform quality control on all tours. All tours should be rated 8 out of 10 at a minimum. If the score falls below 8, someone from our office will contact you to discuss how to improve the offering/experience.
