DMC Application form

Holidream offers fixed roundtrips for individuals, families and small groups. For each destination, we allow up to 2 different programs to be ran. Depending on the destination, we specify a few criteria.

Once your application is sent, the program will be checked against competing DMC's. Depending on the outcome, you will either:

Be approved, someone from our office will be in touch to discuss further details
Be pending, meaning there is a program that better fits the clients, but we would like to keep your program on file.
Be rejected. It is possible to re-apply after a two month pause. If rejected, feedback will be provided to you of course.

Once a program is approved and we translated your content, it will be published on our website. There is space for only two suppliers per country. Once we run the programs, we will perform quality control on all tours. All tours should be rated 8 out of 10 at a minimum. If the score falls below 8, someone from our office will contact you to discuss how to improve the offering/experience.

Does your company have liability insurance?

You will be asked to upload a copy of your insurance in a later stage.

We are looking for programs that are 15 or 16 days (14 or 15 nights). You also have the opportunity to add three possible extensions later.
Please describe the day-to-day program. Excursions have to be included in the price you are offering us

Please list inclusions and exclusions below

Please let us know how you will make the tour really special for our guests. What small details do you include that make the tour memorable (for example: free bottled water, a welcome note in the hotel, a welcome drink or special viewpoints that are hidden gems.)

Please list blackout dates below. These are dates where you will be unable to deliver the tour or dates where you suggest we don't offer the tour (for example during hurricane season or national holidays). If a competing DMC is able to offer tours during this time, they will be shown on our website instead during the blackout period. You can always add blackout dates later, so if you don't know them right now, just leave this field blank for now.
